Thank you for shopping with Triple L Publishing. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. The following Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are shipped, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders for physical products are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be extended during high-volume seasons, product launches, or promotional events.

  • If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.

  • Digital products and downloadable files are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase. If you do not receive your files within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us for support.

2. Shipping Rates

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates. Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied before payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

We ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times:

  • Delivery time begins after the order has been processed.

4. International Shipping (Not available)

 

  • International shipping may be available upon request. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–3 weeks, depending on customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country.

5. Tracking Your Order

When available, tracking information will be emailed once the package has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may experience delays before appearing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Triple L Publishing, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If an issue occurs:

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

  • Contact us with your order number so we may assist where possible

We will make every reasonable effort to support you, but carrier decisions are final.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and a package is returned or undeliverable:

  • The customer may request reshipment at their expense

  • If the package cannot be recovered, Triple L Publishing, LLC is not obligated to replace the order.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment processes. No additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.

9. In-Person Event Orders

Orders placed at vendor events, pop-up shops, book fairs, or conferences follow the same shipping timelines. Digital products purchased at events will be delivered electronically to the email provided at purchase.
