RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip).

Returns must be initiated through our contact page prior to sending items back.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Triple L Publishing, LLC.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital downloads and printable products

Customized, signed, or personalized books

Items purchased on clearance or final sale

Products damaged by customer use, handling, or storage
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged physical items.
To qualify:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging

Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed
If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:

The item meets return eligibility requirements
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns caused by our fulfillment error.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with incorrect items or incomplete quantities:

Provide your order number and photos if applicable
We will correct the order promptly at no cost to you.
6. Damaged During Shipping
If an item arrives damaged during transit:

Provide photos of the product and packaging
We will file the shipping claim and send a replacement after review.
7. Digital Products
All digital downloads, printable activity pages, and curriculum files are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, we will assist promptly to resolve download or access problems.
